Our Landlord Says We Can Get A Cat.
$200 pet deposit, and we have to keep him clean and free of fleas.
i am very excited. it will probably be a while before we can get one, due to needing money for the deposit, a crate, the adoption fee, toys, litter and litter box, food, food tray, everything. but it’s going to be AWESOME.
does anyone know a good shelter in the portland area that has kittens?

this morning i woke up to chainsaws.
they were cutting down the tree outside our window, the roots have been growing under the foundation of the office building next door, so it was put on death row sometime last week. i knew it was coming, i didn’t know it would be so soon.
it was incredibly noisy, 7:20 in the morning, lying in bed, blind, no glasses, seeming like motorcycles backfiring...

yesterday we were making vegan mac n’ chreese and when we poured out the noodles into the pot i realized THERE WAS NO CHREESE (fake cheese) PACKET! so i called and now they are sending us a free pack of macs n’ chreese and a free chreese packet! SCORE
FUCK YEAH.
